Prices
Our prices contain
all taxes and all other additional expenses, like electricity,
heating and gas.
For additional services, like repeated cleaning an amount will
be charged according to the length of your stay.
In case of damage in the apartment, which does not occur in the
context of a normal wear, the guest will be held responsible
and also agrees to pay for the arising damage, also after departure.
Terms of payment
In order to guarantee you
a reservation we need a 30% pre-payment of the totaly sum.
The remaining 70% have to be paid on the day of arrival in cash.

Canceling Conditions
1) In case of cancelation
less than 1 month to the arrival date we have to charge 30% of
the total sum.
2) In case of cancelation less than 14 days to the arrival date
we have to charge 70% of the total sum.
3) In case of cancelation less than 7 days to the arrival date
we have to charge 100% of the total sum.
4) In case of non-arrival at the agreed time/date of check-in
we have to charge 100% of the total sum.
5) In case of early departure (= before the agreed departure time
date) we have to charge 100% of the total sum.
Already payed bookings and/or part-payments will not be refunded.
Bookings
Please notice that only a
written (per e-mail or fax) booking confirmation from your side
guarantees a reservation!
